Bouke-Pieter van Dijk MRICS (Van Dijk Consultancy)
Bouke-Pieter van Dijk MRICS studied Economic Geography at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and finished a second Master’s Degree in Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He started his career in 2002 as a retail consultant for Goudappel Coffeng, a leading consultancy firm in the field of urban economics. Bouke-Pieter has worked for the reputable Dutch investor Altera Vastgoed as a real estate analyst for 10 years. In this role he gathered expertise in investment strategy, valuation, risk measurement and concept development in retail real estate.
In 2016 he moved to Switzerland and founded Van Dijk Consultancy, a consultant firm in the field of commercial Real Estate Analytics. Since 2017 he is co-founder and owner of the Retail Atlas Switzerland.

Felix Thurnheer MRICS (ImmoCompass AG)
After his study geography Felix Thurnheer started market studies for the property owner Intershop. For seven years he worked in various functions for the real estate service provider Colliers. There he institutionalised and directed the Research & Analysis Department. He has been involved in the fields of investment, development, valuation and commercial marketing.
He spent three years as a member of the executive board at CSL Immobilien AG, heading the marketing department in the Residential division – a team of 15 employees. His analytical as well as pragmatic and practical approach to questions characterizes his work and proposals for solutions.
In recent years, Felix Thurnheer has founded the company ImmoCompass AG in partnership. It currently employs 7 people. ImmoCompass AG produces market and location-relevant knowledge for consultants, owners, real estate, area and settlement developers throughout Switzerland. Its product repertoire includes data products, internet solutions, consulting and management mandates.
